In this program Coach Garner and Kevin go over a hockey team workout that you can do at the rink, at a gym, or even at home by yourself. There is no equipment needed for this hockey workout.
Perform the following exercises as a circuit - back to back with no rest between:
Heels Elevated Squats x 20
Elbows in Pushups x 20
V-Ups x 20
Walking Lunges x 30/side
Modified Burpees x 10
Plank 45-60 seconds
Rest 2 minutes
Repeat for 3-5 rounds.
